REFUND POLICY

Storytale does not offer refunds.
If your exchange request is approved but the product is unavailable, we will issue a Storytale Credit Note valid for 6 months, redeemable online.


SALE PERIOD POLICY

  • Delivery timelines during sale:
    • Domestic: 20–25 business days
    • International: 25–30 business days

  • No customization is available during sale.

  • Slight variation in print placement is natural and will not qualify for return or exchange.

  • No return, refund, or exchange for items purchased on sale.

  • Store credits and coupon codes cannot be applied to sale items.


GENERAL TERMS

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Products purchased during sale cannot be exchanged after the sale ends.

  • Online purchases cannot be exchanged in-store, and vice versa.

  • No exchange/refund for orders with incorrect shipping details or for packages refused by the customer.

  • For international orders, duties/taxes must be paid by the customer; refusing the shipment voids exchange/refund eligibility.

  • Please ensure the package is in good condition at delivery. If damaged, mention "Received Damaged" while signing and keep the original packaging intact.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Storytale, we put extra care into every piece from fabric to finish so you receive products that feel as good as they look. In the rare case that something isn’t right, here’s how our exchange process works.


ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

Your order may be eligible for an exchange only under the points below:

  • Garments can be exchanged for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery, as long as the tags are intact and the product is unused and unwashed.

  • Products from the Home category are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please share clear photos of the issue when opening the package.

  • Sale items, discounted products, customized orders, bulk orders, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Gifts purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: We currently do not offer style/print exchanges. If you wish to purchase another design, kindly place a new order.


HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

If your order meets the criteria, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery:

For damage or quality-related issues, please share:
• Order number
• Delivery address
• Clear images of the defect and packaging

For size exchanges, please also mention:
• Purchased size
• Fit issue
• Required size

Our team will get back to you within 2 working days with the next steps.


PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE

1. For damaged or defective items

  • Keep the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and inclusions.

  • Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

  • If approved, a replacement piece will be shipped.

  • If the item is unavailable, we will issue a credit note for the invoiced amount.

2. For size exchange (garments only)

  • Pack the item with its original tags, labels, and invoice.

  • Ship it to the address shared by our team.

  • After quality check, we will dispatch the new size once shipping charges for the replacement have been paid.

  • If the required size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued (after deducting the initial shipping charges).

  • Only size exchanges for the same product are allowed not style or print changes.
