FABRIC & PRINTING DISCLAIMER

We use high-quality, hand-selected fabrics for all our garments. Since many of our prints are hand-drawn and digitally printed, slight variations may occur from batch to batch.

Product photos are taken to represent the original pieces as closely as possible, though minor colour differences may appear due to lighting or display settings.

CARE

Every StoryTale piece is handmade with care. We often use handloom, organic, and artisanal fabrics, and some trims or buttons are specially crafted or uniquely sourced.

We encourage you to handle each piece gently. While all fabrics are colour-tested, specific care instructions are provided for every product.
All garments are dry-clean only.

Some naturally dyed or handcrafted fabrics may experience slight colour bleeding during the initial washes. Following the recommended care instructions will help maintain the beauty and longevity of the garment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDERS ONCE PLACED ON THE WEBSITE CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
No reversal of payment, provision of credit notes, gift cards, or offer codes will be provided for orders requested for cancellation.
